North west cup - San Sicario - Day 1 - M50 (28-08-2015)

Very nice forest and excellent map and course setting! Magic thigh repair of Dr Grauer and able to run flat & uphill again (Y).
S-5: A coulpe of smaller mistakes, but not too bad.
6: stopped to early cost 2 min.
Drama after 8 coming down to the trail, stuck under electric fence and HR monitor (and I) freaked out, then total brainfart and headless running.... 6 min :(
