3.6 km 40 min, started GPS after 13th control
Nice warm-up for next weekends sprint championship, but a few problems: 4th control was not there and the map is not ISSOM which is very confusing..
One major mistake, 16-17 at least 1.5 min

risigt, risigt igen, inte så kul men lite bättre än MD, dessvärre svårläst karta i skala 15000
bommade ca 5-6min sammanlagt
Allmänt halvdåligt arrangemang, många irriterade löpare...
men markan var bra!

Worst ever race: extremely hot and humid, terrible terrain with huge blackberry thorns, in fact all dark green areas are impossible to get thru
Running ok until 6 control, where I stopped to early (thorns everywhere) not very motivated after this 10min visit I did a huge 15 min visit in another blackberry thorns west of 9th control
by far my poorest performance this year - to be forgotten as soon as possible.

GPS: 24km +700m (!?)
Very, very hard race in the sand dunes, hot and humid 38 degrees. The courses were 30% too long and may competitors abandoned (in some classes 50%). Two maps (only first is shown here with the complete track)

47 min on 4.6 km in H21 (winner J Modig 28 min!, I could possibly run just under 40 min..)
GPS 5.6 km +90m)
6 minutes :
1 . 30 sec - found 2 other controls first not a good start
3. 1 min (poor direction and came north of control 3)
7. 1 min (read the wrong code first time, came back..)
10. 3+ min (heading for 3rd control instead of 10th)
The first 3km was really nice forest, the marches were dry and easy to run. the remaining 1.5 km was tough and not so pleasant

5,2 km 43 min ( GPS: 6.1 km +100m)
Position: 86th Total: 97 of 225
1 min on control 2, and 5, 30sec on 10th, totally 3min. Got some heavy rain after 1st and had problems with foggy glasses, but I'm pleased with this race
Summary of O-ringen:
Stage 2 and 5 good performance (rate 8 of 10)
stage 1, 3 & 4 could be a lot better (rate 5-6 of 10)

47min 40 sec 5.1 km (GPS:6.4km +640m) very nice forest!
137th / 225 place
far from perfect race : 3.5 min mistake on 7th, another 2x1min on 1 and 4

4m30s min lost on 4th, plus 1min before 7 (the stream was supposed to be unmarked forbidden area (but it wasn possible to cross....)

did not run due to muscle rupture, went around the terrain on MTB, really nice area, will go back and stay at the gasthaus next to the lake...

Apart from 9th control (3minutes) no major mistakes but very slow running (especially after climb to 13 and green area 4-5 very, very slow )

53min 5.2 km (actual: 7km +180m)
really bad performance on 7, 8 and especially 16 (all these I have visited at least once before if not several several times !) but the forest is really dense and just a few meters a away is not enough to spot the control kite.

S-1 *Totally lost* I had absolutely not a clue were I was (Rene Bon told me) 10 min
1-2 again lost but a little bit closer this time 3min
after that I kind of understood the map did fewer and smaller mistakes:

Really tuff conditions , 30 degrees and sunshine, no wind, but really interesting terrain

5.4 km (actual 6.5 +190m)
S-1: 30 sec i am a slow starter
7-8: 30 sec bad direction out from 7
11-12: 60 sec (!) really confused the white area is actually a open land
13-14: went via 11 (20sec) and a loop 30 sec
17: couldn't find the entrance/start of the path 50sec
18-F: sprained my ankle despite i was wearing the Active ankle protection

50 min (winner 41min)
2-3: 1 min really sloppy direction from 2 and reached the road 100m too far south...
4: the kite was on the ground so I passed few meters from it but didn't see it , any case it was placed 50m too far north (1min)
22: a big 3 min mistake on 22, at first I stopped few meters from the control but was stressed by another competitor that I was trying to shake off and then the circus started

Stuck in green area after 2: 20sec
Couldn't find 11 immediately: 1min

4th place H35 : 55 min 4.9 km (+220m) winner 45min
4 min lost on 1st went too low north
7-8 - bad performance and bad route, faster to go eastwards >2 minutes

Ran slowly to avoid problems, but made many mistakes anyway, totally 8min lost, 54min 5.7km

4th: 2m30s stopped to early, took the safe solution and restarted from the path
5th: 1min couldn't find in the bushes... even though I already had the very same at CF LD 2009
7th: 2 min passed 10m from it first time, could see through the thornes...
8th: 1m30 sloppy compass direction
10th: 30s sloppy compass direction

not my day: first I crashed my 90EUR silva compass :-( just after the 5th control, then forgot to punch the last control 15. I realized the mistake 5min later just before SI download... ran back and punched 15. 46 min

Mistakes:
6-7: 2 min lost - faster to go the trail west + plus paralell error just before 7

This was by far the most difficult ( physical and technical) race I ever did!
One huge 15min mistake on 4, plus a few other 3-4 minutes mistakes
Ancient forest with very stony ground, extremly difficult

5.8km, +175m 53min (winner 51m?) ran H16/H50 class due to knee problems :-(
2-3 minutes lost 7->8, much faster to go right, apart from that a good race.

I was in the lead at the second and fifth control.
All in all quite ok but far from perfect, problems before and especially after 6 (contra direction), 10-11, 13-14 very slow

en riktig Katastrof karta & arrangemang, jag sprang/gick 19km +400m (det skulle vara 14km +300m) det tog 2h30min.....
Hittade inte 11:an, men var på rätt ställe, gömd kontroll "à la concept Francais". Anders hittade inte 3:an , Ellen däremot hittade alla !
GPS visade konstant för korta avstånd, vet inte varför men skalan verkar vara rätt ungefär 1/15000 om man jämför med google, mätte upp ca skala 1/17500 ute på banan. Är det
