Kors i krösamoset vad jag blev trött!!! 25 grader varmt o sol. 1 timme 23 min på 3,2 km, 26 min per km... Trots det blev jag 2 dam i 50-55. Jag var utslagen när jag kom i mål.
I agree with Jens "technical & physical demanding terain, excellent course setting, a good map plus sunshine and 25 + a Very Nice Competion."
